We provide packing, moving, storage, and relocation services. The details of the services offered will be as per the agreement between you and Arena Relocations. Additional services may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before execution.

Prepare your belongings for packing and moving as per our guidelines.
Declare all valuable items and ensure appropriate insurance coverage.
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or cancellations. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments as per applicable laws.
While we strive to handle your belongings with utmost care, Arena Relocations is not liable for:
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or traffic disruptions.
Loss or damage to items not properly packed or declared.
Loss or damage due to force majeure events beyond our control.
Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
